As i have written before, I'm learning Photoshop. So while searching for a suitable photo to play with, Mimi Renthei's pic (which i have in my PC) came into my mind. It not because the picture will look good (after editting) but because i like this little cute girl. So here is my final touchup.
Edited parts
1) Changed (whiten) eye, teeth.
2) Changed Eye to a dark blue colour.
3) Applied lipstick.
4) Touched up the skin (Lighten), including the dark areas around the eye (dark circle)
5) Changed colour of the hair, clothes
6) a small tatoo on her belly.
